1) Eat The Right Foods

The first habit you need to develop for a long life full of health and fitness is the habit of eating a proper diet.
You have to develop the habit of eating the right foods, in the right proportions, at the right times.
Everyone knows that they should eat a more balanced diet, containing more fruits, vegetables, and whole grain products.
In addition to this basic principle, there are several things that you can do to modify your diet and develop the habits of good nutrition, which will lead to a combination of weight loss and higher levels of energy and fitness.
In addition to eating the right foods, you should develop the habit of eliminating the “three white poisons” from your diet, which are salt, sugar, and flour.
This change in your diet is so simple and yet so powerful that every one of my students who tries it is absolutely amazed at how quickly they get noticeable results.

Maging Malakas at Malusog..



Alamin kung papano mapapanatili ang ating kalusugan.

Ang mga sakit at
pagkakasakit ay
pwedeng iwasan,

Alamin po natin ang mga
simpleng pamamaraan at
para ating makamit
ang kainaman ng may
malusog at malakas

Kami po ay nagbibigay ng libreng payo kung papaano maging malusog at masigla ang pangangatawan.

Alalahanin ninyong hindi matutumbasan ng kayamanan ang taglay nating kalusugan at hindi pwedeng palitan ang parte ng ating katawan, ang pwede nating gawin ay alagaan at ingatan ang nagiisa nating katawan.

Pwede po kayong magtanong sa pamamagitan ng email o mensahe sa amin, eto po ay libre at wala kaming hinihinging kapalit.


Be Strong, healthy, flexible, alert, and fit by having knowledge on simple physical fitness that everybody can do, and following some simple information about taking food to avoid sickness and waste of money.

We must know that 90% of the diseases we acquired are from the food we eat, and having the right kind of food without exercise is not enough or balance.

Remember that our body is like a machine, we must burn the gasoline or the food we take to keep going. If we can not burn the food, it will be accumulated and will destroy the machine or our body itself.

I believe that everyone wants to live, but not just living I know that, in order for us to maximized the use of our body as our vehicle, we must take care of it.

We must know the proper ways to maintain and take care of our body to skip having hypertension, diabetes, cancer, and other known diseases at present.

We are all dying but there is a way and means to postpone our funeral, and that is what we are going to share you how.
